Be Kind to your Ollapod!

I have been working in the city a lot lately, which I really like. In fact, I'm requesting to switch permanently. It's very different than the suburbs. I had an altercation yesterday with a man, who strolled up to the out window at 5:05 (we close at 5pm). First I told him we had closed. He argued with me that he had to take care of this now, which was true. He had purchased a prescription 7 days ago and didn't have insurance card. We only have 7 days at Walgreens to reprocess a prescription, which this man knew. His receipt was all worn and we couldn't find his information to reprocess. So, I started to explain this to him, he started yelling at me saying this was my fault and that if I had done my job right we wouldn't be here. So, here's the play-by-play:
"It's my fault you didn't have your insurance information when you picked up your prescription?"
"YEAH, NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY-"
"Sir, what your going to have to do--"
"(incomprehensible yelling)"
"Listen to me. Will you please listen to me?"
"No you FUCKING BITCH"
"I'm closing the gate on you."
So I went to close the big gate by the registers on him. As it was rolling down he screamed,
"YOU FUCKING BITCH, YOU DIRTY SLUT, YOU'RE GOING TO BE SORRY WHEN I DON'T GET MY MONEY BIIIIIITCH."

I was stunned. First off, I wish I was a slut -- because then I would be out and not sitting here blogging. That's another story though. People get very passionate about money. Anyway, I haven't been called a bitch in a while by a customer -- and this is the first time I've been called a slut. Now I'm off to work. He better not come back in.
